Strawberry aroma notes
Fresh, ripe strawberry comes first, juicy rather than sugary, with sweet red berry around it. Beneath the fruit sits a spicy, herbal layer, a little earthy pepper and a faint touch of skunk that gives the berry some backbone. Further in, the fruit turns sweeter and jammier, and the herbal spice becomes easier to pick out.

The original is an East Coast classic that began as a clone from an unnamed Connecticut grower; Kyle Kushman made it famous, though he says he never bred it. Its parents are usually given as Haze and Strawberry Fields, though that has never been confirmed.
